The National Center for education resource for Visual impairment "Olga Star" is the only educational institution which provides care to children and adolescents with visual impairment, sordo-ceguera and challenges multiple.

Hay 660 students enrolled in the Centre, of which more than 50 by u000acent are included in normal schools in different parts of the country.

María Pastora Reyes, Director of the school, explained that the Center has a team of 27 itinerant teachers moving to different parts of the country.

Adolescent psychiatrist, José Miguel Gómez Montero, explained to children with motor cognitive, visual, physical disability, among others, should assess their overall development and work the emotional, psychological and social part.
