Reyes said that the subvention received from the Government for operating expenses and maintenance, some 400,000 pesos a month, is insufficient to cover equipment and materials.

Adolescent psychiatrist, José Miguel Gómez Montero, explained to children with motor cognitive, visual, physical disability, among others, should assess their overall development and work the emotional, psychological and social part.
