Expels CESAC ten agents for corruption

Viewed 15 times.The director-general of the specialized body in airport security and the aviation Civil (CESAC), general of Brigade Zeno Padilla Alcantara, revealed yesterday that the year spent at least 10 members were separated from the ranks of the institution by acts of corruption, amount which did not consider significant.
Padilla Alcantara said that the majority of its members are attached to the guidelines of the institution and increasingly more entity undertakes to strengthen the detection mechanisms to prevent cases of corruption among its officers.
"It is not significant, it is a very minimal amount, do not pass 10 or 15," said the official, who warned that anyone who fails to comply with the rules of the CESAC shall be subjected to the courts if there is evidence enough.
Indicated that each Member that you want to enter in the body must certify in your school and for that they must comply with the standards and requirements of the u000ainstitution.
"For this reason, anyone who is in an airport is because it is certified to be there," added.
Padilla Alcantara spoke at a mass of Thanksgiving officiated on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the creation of the CESAC, carried out in the parish of our Lady of La Altagracia, the Ministry of armed forces.
Religious activity was officiated by Geraldo Ramirez chaplain and was attended by the Minister for the armed forces, lieutenant general Joaquín Virgilio Perez happy, senior officers, enlisted and employees of the Agency.
Also present were the Deputy Director of CESAC, Colonel Franklin Garrís Peralta, the surveyor-general, Colonel Julio Hannibal Polanco Polanco; and the Inspector general of the institution, Colonel Juan Ramón Lizardo Pérez.
This agency was created by Decree 28-97, January 22nd in 1997, in the first Government of President Leonel Fernandez.
