Fake doctor turns himself in

The man that evaded the security of the Jose Maria Cabral y Baez Regional University Hospital, in Santiago, where he swindled several relatives of patients, by taking on the functions of a doctor, turned himself in yesterday to the police authorities.
He used a media personalities to assist his deliverance in the face of the intense pressure and persecution by police officers.
The spokesman for the National Police, Colonel Maximo Baez Aybar, said that Francis Ciprian Arias turned himself in through Noticias SIN, since he was being looked for by the authorities for allegedly swindling relatives of patients that went to the Jose Maria Cabral.
Aybar explained that Arias will be transferred to the jurisdiction of Santiago in the next few hours, to be arraigned and sentenced.
