Fernández part towards Haiti to leave opened University donated by the Dominican State

President Leonel Fernandez traveled Thursday morning to Haiti where it will stop inaugurated the University Henri Christophe, in the community of Limonade, Cap-Haïtien, and the new headquarters of the Dominican Embassy located in Puerto Principe.
