The authorities have not confirmed so far that there are victims or have been informed by how many people remain inside the skyscraper of 147 meters in height.
Several fire trucks have come to the place of the facts.
By the Vietnamese medium "Tuoitrenews", two people have been transferred to hospital to receive medical attention, but does not detail if it is injured by burns or by breathing the abundant smoke.
The fire started this afternoon and an hour later the twin towers were almost hidden by the smoke.
The twin towers EVN, which they ended up building this year, have 33 plants.
