First Lady meets with President of Finland in Switzerland

During the second meeting of the Panel of eminent persons of the United Nations Conference on trade and development (UNCTAD) in Geneva, Switzerland, the first Lady Margarita Cedeño de Fernández met with the President of Finland, Tarja Kaarina Halonen, who addressed issues related to education and the possibility of signing an agreement with that country to support various initiatives related to the areas of training.

At the end of the meeting, and taking into account the leadership which is Cedeño de Fernández in everything related to women entrepreneurs, solidarity-based economy and entrepreneurship, was invited to participate in the XIII Conference of UNCTAD, to be held from 21 to 26 April 2012 in Doha, Qatar.
