German arrested in Playa Dorada

Agents of the International Police (INTERPOL), have arrested a German tourist in the tourist resort of Playa Dorada.
Frank Mening Stilker, 46, who was staying in a hotel in Playa Dorada, is wanted by the German authorities in connection with cases pending in Germany.
Stilker was transferred to Santo Domingo where he will be handed over to German officials to be taken back to his own country.
The arrest team was headed by second lieutenant Winston Cabrera.
