Haitian Chancellor highlights the figure of Juan Bosch

Haitian Minister Laurent Lamothe yesterday expressed his respect for the figure of the former Dominican President Juan Bosch, around which occurred a mishap by the use of his name in a building of the University that the Government of Dominican Republic built in the North of Haiti to donate to that country.
