Health eroga RD$ 512.9 million to complete grant to hospitals

Viewed 16 times.The Ministry of health yesterday erogó RD$ 512.9 million, with which it ensures that completed all of the payment of subsidies to public hospitals, regional managements and areas and health throughout the territory provincial directorates national.
The funds will be used to meet the needs of 169 hospitals of the public sector, nine regional services and 38 areas and address provincial.
Of all of these economic resources, RD$ 144.3 million are destined to non-personnel services and the remaining RD$ 368.6 million acquisition of materials and supplies. The Minister of public health, Bautista Rojas Gomez, highlighted the efforts made by management to ensure daily quality health and services consistent with the demands of the society.
"A sample of these efforts is that today all the Dominican Republic hospitals have received their" u000a"subsidies, no arrears", added the official.
On the other hand, Rojas Gomez said that it personally is a follow-up to the provision of warning epidemiological surveillance of the waters, in order to prevent diseases of water-borne due to the consumption of fluid in conditions unfit for the population.
He pointed out that he has directly conversed with the directors of epidemiology and health provincial and regional managers and hospitals so that to ensure the fulfilment of the provision.
The epidemiological alert will remain throughout the period of Christmas because it's a time in which people are exposed with greater frequency to the intake of water contaminated.
