S. Virgin Islands to create all conditions for the opening of the Dominican Consulate in these islands.
Urged the community of the diaspora in the Islands to continue working and educating their children. Mejia spoke of their commitment to the implementation of an effective education, through plan which will change the destiny of the country, and which shall comply with the law which gives 4% of the gross domestic product to the education sector, thus putting the heart in the demand of the people, "via ineffable to achieve human development and sustainable of the Dominicans".
