Inaugurate housing project

A residential area of 180 units of apartments, built at a cost of RD$ 100 million in the vicinity of the 14 kilometer of the Duarte Highway, was opened yesterday by the company sales and investments (Vinsa) and its President, José Rodríguez Cáceres, said that 83 per cent of the project is sold.

Apartments are of one and two bedrooms and are priced at RD$ 650,000 and RD $1.2 billion.

He said that housing may purchase with rates lower than the market.
