Increasing problems due to bad weather

Problems in the infrastructure and transport networks are multiplying in Europe as a result of the temporary cold and snow that nine days since it provides no truce on the continent, while still increasing the number of dead, that are already above the 250 long.
Only in the three countries hardest hit by the cold wave, Ukraine, Poland and Romania, were reported Sunday in at least 23 new deaths, mostly homeless, with what the dead amounted, respectively, to 131, 53 and 34,.
Authorities maintain their respective assistive devices and thousands of shelters have been established in all three countries.
