Investors launch new Hacienda del Mar real estate project

The “Hacienda del Mar” is the latest real estate development project launched by the PUNTACANA Resort & Club.
The project is situated in Punta Cana, one of the Caribbean’s most important tourism resorts, on the country’s easternmost region.
The project offers a concept of spacious luxury living, all part of the “La Cana” Golf Course, designed by the famous P.B. Dye.
The project’s first phase will feature 60 apartments ranging in various sizes (95, 162 and 206 square meters) and offering one to three bedroom suites.
There are also penthouses, with spacious terraces and outdoor jacuzzis, all surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
The “Hacienda del Mar” project will include a club house with tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a swimming and lap pool, and gymnasium.
As an additional attraction, the owners will have the option of joining the Coral Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio.
They will also have access to many other facilities of the Puntacana Resort & Club, such as “La Cana” Golf & Beach Club, a tennis center, the “Playa Blanca” Beach Club, the aquatic center, restaurants, an equestrian center, and white sand beaches located four minutes from the project.
