Pointed out that the new members of the JCE have been exercising functions corresponding to holders appointed in 2006. Localidades Guerrero, who acted as spokesman for the presidential candidate Advisory Council, quoted article 73 of the Constitution which provides that "they are void of full" u000a"right emanating invaded authority acts, actions or decisions of public authorities, institutions or individuals that alter or subviertan the constitutional order and any decision agreed to the force by requisitioning".
