Is exacerbated difference between PRD and PLD by impasse PVE

Parties Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD) and negotiations of the Dominican Liberation (LDP) to resolve the conflict of the Central Electoral Board (JCE), yesterday demonstrated the existence of disagreements greater between these two organizations, which could not reconcile its agencies address the two proposals which agreed to analyze last Monday. The mediator in the conflict, Monsignor Agripino Núñez Collado, said yesterday that there was no agreement.

Yesterday's was the third meeting by the Secretaries-General of the two major organizations and the mood was such that Núñez Collado said that there is no date for a new meeting.

The meeting, which takes place in the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, counted with the presence of the delegates to the JCE, César Pina Toribio from the LDP, and Salvador Ramos, of the PRD.

The President of the Senate stated that the two proposals weighted and in fact analysis have emerged new elements which deserve a rethink.
