Under the agreement orchestrated by Egypt, Israel agreed to Exchange 1,027 Palestinian prisoners by Sergeant Guilad Schalit, who was captured by rebels in Gaza in June 2006.
Schalit returned home in October, when Israel released the first group of 477 prisoners.
The release yesterday of 550 prisoners completed the Exchange, the more disproportionate in the history of Israel.
The release last night was not accompanied by the same dramatic than the first phase, tone as the most important Palestinian leaders and the Israeli soldier is already released.
The return of Schalit on October 18, looked pale and thin but in healthy conditions, was his first public appearance since his capture. The u000afate of the uniformed young captured the Israeli attention during years.
Prisoners freed Israel in the first round included dozens of Islamic militiamen serving life in prison for his involvement in deadly attacks. His liberation unleashed a wave of celebration in the territories Palestinians.
