It flies the flag of Palestine to Unesco

The flag of Palestine flies from the 13 December next to those of all countries members at the headquarters of the United Nations Organization for education, scientific and Cultural (Organization Unesco).
The President of the national Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas, the Riad Maliki Chancellor and general Irina Bokova Unesco Director headed the traditional ceremony made everytime a new member joins the entity.
During the ceremony, carried out a persistent rain was also played the national anthem of Palestine.
