Jiménez Peña said that this specialised body should be composed of members of the Ministry public and police officers prepared and trained to deal with the orders of arrest.

The head of the public prosecutor's Office spoke prior to the opening of the "third international seminar of Victimology: victims, criminal policy and Dominican judicial system", whose act was present the Commissioner's support and modernization to justice, Lino Vásquez Samuel, Senator Cristina Lizardo and the President of the Justice Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, Demosthenes Martínez, among others.
