The Ministry of public administration (MAP) reported that it will present on Tuesday a report on the progress and challenges of governance in Dominican Republic, where currently about 55 thousand public servants are already built-in to the administrative career.
Said that these employees make up a public governed by the principles of merit and stability, with loyalty to the State and bureaucracy-oriented to serving citizens with quality and efficiency.
Under the slogan "We move for you", the MAP indicates that it has made enormous efforts to achieve a culture of performance evaluation in the public sector as a guarantee for servers to "maintain the spirit of improvement, and training to do a better job". He pointed out that in the country have already been evaluated 250 thousand servers public.
