El Deputy Pelegrín Castillo announced today that it will submit to the Chamber of Deputies a draft law on "productive ways" which, he said, would be the creation of an institution that will ensure the improvement of the routes to move commodities produced in the national camp.
The Member pointed out that the empowerment of the roads is indispensable to improve production national.
Castle said that according to producers who have passed with him, in the country there are areas where loses up to 40 per cent of harvested having no roads suitable for the transfer.
Explained the legislator, the adoption of this draft is part of the agreement that has with the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), and manifested itself to all the political forces represented in the National Congress support the intention to act.
Castle proposal would create the National Directorate of u000aRoads productive to becoming an organ with budget and own resources, as well as functional autonomy.
"Neglect and deterioration of the national network of community roads, close of 20 thousand kilometres, it seriously or former national problem that can be observed in all regions," said Castillo.
