Italian shot in Cabarete

An Italian living in Cabarete was shot and killed this morning in his home in Villas Caribe. Police say the victim, identified as Paolo Giucastro, a kiteboard instructor aged 41, was shot four times; once in the neck, twice in the back and once on the right side at approximately 3:00 am on Tuesday 19th January.
The perpetrators of the crime apparently took Giucastros cell phone and RD$4500 in cash.
Investigating officer, Colonel Francia Hernndez said that two people were detained for further investigation.
