JCE is declared incompetent in cases of Board Santiago and the PRI

The plenum of the Central Electoral Board declared itself incompetent to decide on a request submitted by the delegate, political of the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD), Salvador Ramos, which calls for a reconsideration of the administrative decision which replaces Franklin rose as a member of the Electoral Board of Santiago.
