JCE will make public tender

La Junta Central Electoral (PVE) convened a public tender for the production of the educational and motivational, electoral campaign for the presidential elections on May 20, 2012, in accordance with the provisions of law 340-06 on procurement and contracting of goods, services, construction and concessions, the law 275-97, as well as the internal rules on goods, services and works. The proposals will be received until the 28th of this month, from 9: 00 a.m. to 3: 30 p.m., through the Commission of tenders.
A note says that this tender is part of the work of the JCE bound for the holding of the elections. The opening of economic proposals and creativity will be on January 25, 2012 at 10: 00 in the morning in a public ceremony to which bidders and their representatives in the presence of a notary public may attend.
