JCE will send to query the regulation of transmission

La Junta Central Electoral (PVE) decided to send political parties regulation for the transmission of the results of the general election presidential and consulted members of the Dominican community abroad, scheduled for Sunday May 20 of this year.
The decision of the plenary session of the Central Electoral Board held yesterday seeks the views of the delegates of the different political parties recognized to proceed then to listen to their views in a public hearing convened for next Monday, in the Auditorium of the institution.
Draft resolution, approved at a meeting of the plenary of the JCE headed by its President, Roberto Rosario Marquez, establishes that later of completed elections, immediately will begin to build a relationship of the provisional results of the presidential elections and indicating the votes obtained by each party or grouping.
Accurate to u000aThere is the responsibility to receive, scan and process the information that is returned by the Presidents and Secretaries of colleges, accompanied by delegates that want it, results are immediately digitised and converted into newsletters, each of the boards, adding this responsibility in the electoral boards.
The proposal is based on article 139(2) of the Electoral law, which in its first paragraph States that: "immediately after completed elections, the JCE will begin to lift a temporary relationship of the outcome of the elections in their respective jurisdictions, based on relations of vote" which allude articles 136, 137 and 138 of the aforementioned Act.
In the second paragraph of article 139 stipulates that "while completion of the total interim relationship, electoral boards authorise, with the frequency they deem appropriate, partial releases, indicating the hour and number" u000arelational schools up to the moment and the votes obtained by each party or political group in different levels of vote. "These newsletters will be delivered immediately to the delegates of parties and political groups to participate in the elections and to the media, and sent" to the JCE.
Project notes that scanning and transmission of relations of voting in the electoral boards, schools located in premises which do not have such units, will move to the corresponding Board.
