Jiménez said agricultural import has been reduced

The Minister of agriculture, Salvador Jimenez, said that the issue of imports of agricultural products is story of the past in the agricultural portfolio.
Jimenez said that it is contrary to imports of products of agricultural when there is produce enough to meet demand national.
He said he has seen how imports of important agricultural lines that have been made so happy in the past have been destroyed to producers in the country.
He explained that the Ministry of agriculture authorized imports when there is missing in the country to meet the demand of consumption, but becomes so transparent.
The Minister Jiménez said that imports of agricultural products has been reduced significantly and put sample review by line between agriculture and the Directorate General of customs.
