Judge declares in "Secret" default, and minutes later nullifies the extent

The judge alternate third Court of the magistrate of the national district declared in absentia to Odalís Pérez Vicioso ("the famous bottle"), accused of using a child in a video clip, and minutes later lifted the measure then that it be submitted to the Court.
