Judge denies the freedom simply to Tonty

Viewed 18 times.The fifth Court of the magistrate of the national district judge rejected the appeal for review presented by the leader of the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD), Tonty Rutinel, accused of physically assaulting a woman with whom he had a child of two years, which sought to order their liberty pure and simple.
Judge Ileana Perez Garcia ordered that former Senator paid the amount of bail that he was imposed 10 million pesos under contract so that he can get his freedom.
