Judge denies the freedom simply to Tonty

The fifth Court of the magistrate of the national district judge rejected the appeal for review presented by the leader of the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD), Tonty Rutinel, accused of physically assaulting a woman with whom he had a child of two years, which sought to order their liberty pure and simple.

Judge Ileana Perez Garcia ordered that former Senator paid the amount of bail that he was imposed 10 million pesos under contract so that he can get his freedom.

Rutinel filed the appeal through his lawyer, Junior Ramírez, enable the judge to revoke the measure dictated by the judge of the permanent attention of the National District, José Alejandro Vargas Guerrero, who imposed on him, as well as the financial guarantee, impediment of departure, regular reporting and restraining order of Leidy Dayanara Caraballo.

The former legislator is detained in Najayo refusing to u000asign contracts to guarantee the payment of the financial guarantee, and ordered the judge of permanent attention in its resolution, "which should not pay bail would be convicted". Rutinel refuses to pay the bail, claiming to be innocent of the acts charged.
