Judge orders freedom of player Fausto Carmona

The Office of permanent attention of the National District imposed measure of coercion on the baseball player Fausto Carmona, consisting in payment of a financial guarantee of half a million pesos, regular reporting the 20th of each month and impediment of departure from the country, then that yesterday was arrested for false identity.
At the exit of the Carmona Court he apologized to the fans, the dung and the Embassy American.

Pitcher, whose real name is Roberto u000aHernández Heredia, was arrested yesterday afternoon when he came to the US Embassy to renew visa.
Heredia, belongs to the Cleveland Indians, forged the name to obtain a contract with that team in 2000. Currently plays with the Águilas Cibaeñas.
