Judges reject appeal of Tonty Rutinel

Viewed 24 times.The judges of the third Chamber criminal of the Court of appeal of the National District, dismissed the appeal presented by former Senator Tonty Rutinel, which sought to revoke the measure of coercion imposed of a financial guarantee of 10 million pesos, impediment of departure and a Leidy Dayanara Caraballo restraining order, who filed a complaint against him for violence physics.
The Court presided by judge Manuel Bonnelly Vega, and composed of judges Nancy Joaquín, Doris Pujols and Isis Muñiz, dismissed the appeal, after claiming that the contested decision does not suffers from Vice denounced the appeal and that it contains sufficient motivation to justify. Rutinel was not transferred to the tribunal.
Judges confirmed the decision issued last 17, by the permanent attention of the National District, José Alejandro Vargas, judge imposed the measure of coercion, by u000aunderstand that the same has been issued in accordance with the laws.
