Judges reject appeal submitted by Tonty Rutinel

Viewed 61 times.The judges of the third Chamber criminal of the Court of appeal of the National District, dismissed the appeal presented by former Senator Tonty Rutinel, which sought to revoke the measure of coercion imposed of a financial guarantee of 10 million pesos, impediment of departure and a restraining order from a woman with whom he had a son.
The Court presided by judge Manuel Bonnelly Vega, and composed of judges Nancy Joaquín, Doris Pujols Ortiz and Isis Muñiz, dismissed the appeal, after claiming that the contested decision does not suffers from Vice denounced the appeal and containing motivation enough that the warrant.
The appeal was known in Chamber of Council, without the presence of the accused and their lawyers, so Tonty Rutinel, was not transferred to the Hall of audience.
Judges took the decision after confirming the decision issued last 17, by the judge u000aPermanent care of the National District, José Alejandro Vargas, imposed the measure of coercion, on the understanding that the same has been issued in accordance with the laws applicable.
The appeal was submitted by the accused, through their lawyers José Fernando Pérez Volquez, junior Ramírez and Manuel Sierra, so that the Court granted the liberty pure and simple and that return you the amount of the deposit be paid.
The judge who knew the extent of coercion imposed at Rutinel, the payment of 10 million pesos, regular, impediment of departure and a restraining order of Leidy Dayanara Caraballo, who filed a complaint against him by violence physics.
