A jury of investigation charged yesterday in Washington to Oscar Ramiro Ortega Hernandez of trying to assassinate President Barack Obama and sixteen charges more, when he allegedly fired last November against the Casa Blanca.
The main charge against Ortega Hernandez, originating in Idaho and 21 years of age, is the of "intentionally try to kill the President of United States", according to jury research document.
