Leonel heads tribute in San Francisco

President Leonel Fernandez and his wife Margarita Cedeño and amid persistent rain, led yesterday here, a military parade on the occasion of the 199 anniversary of the Juan Pablo Duarte patrician birth, which was started the month of the fatherland.
