Leonel will receive new year at home with his family

President Leonel Fernandez, await the arrival of the year 2012 at home with his family and without leaving the city.

So informed the director of information, press and publicity of the Presidency, Rafael Núñez who explained that the first day of January 2012, at one in the afternoon, Fernandez receive traditional greetings from new year in Palace national.

Is a tradition in this date that the heads of State received greetings and congratulations on the part of officials, businessmen, members of the diplomatic corps accredited to the country, as well as friends and relatives.

Núñez also announced that for the four day of January the representative is scheduled to lead a lunch with journalists covering the source of the Palace national.

The encuentro-almuerzo will be held in the Hall green of Government House from the half day.
