Looking for energy problem of the Cibao

Main executives the CDEEE and Edenorte held a meeting with authorities in the region, businessmen, leaders of institutions of civil society and community where offered details sachet of 22 rehabilitation and distribution of networks and other projects, to achieve efficiency in the energy service.

In the activity carried out at the headquarters of the Governor of Santiago, Celso Marranzini, Executive Vice President of the Dominican Corporation of State electrical enterprises, said to solve the historical energy problem of the country, is not only responsibility of the Government and employers, but of all Dominicans.

The Executive considered the role of new actors of the system referred to as godfathers, whose resources are working to solve the problems affecting the system, both generation and distribution.

reported that the various projects running in u000adifferent parts of the country and the region have the financing of the company that runs as well as multilateral agencies, such as the World Bank, the exporters of petroleum and the Inter-American Bank of development.

The Governor of Santiago, Raul Martinez, activity offered welcome to executives of the CDES, Edenorte, as well as governors of various provinces of the region, Mayor Gilberto Serulle, entrepreneurs and other personalities.

At the ceremony, Edenorte executives reported on the progress made in terms of clients with 24-hour services, as well as rehabilitation programmes of networks in different locations in this region of the Cibao.
