Mejía and Abinader presented 4 law projects for entrepreneurs

Presidential candidate of the Dominican Revolutionary Party (PRD), Hipólito Mejía, and the Vice-President, Luis Abinader, yesterday presented four bills at the beginning of a pact with the business and productive sectors called "Alliance for the commitment", which undertake to create a climate suitable for investment and eliminate bureaucratic obstacles to investment.

Candidate of the PRD announced to be submitted to the National Congress a bill of rapid response to investment and other projects to establish the single window to reduce time of waiting and formalities for permissions.

Also a draft law guarantees stability, to strengthen the rules of the game agreed with national and foreign investors; and another Cabinet of investment, which would give follow-up to all contacts with interested parties to ensure that they complete in a satisfactory manner all the u000ainvestment processes.

At the ceremony, held at the Hilton Hotel, Mejia said that like the civic youth movement "toy jarto" that make the same proposals of Government for decades and are not fulfilled, so assured that he will not look back and will enforce the law to ensure the legal security of the country, subjecting violators of laws.

To make the presentation of projects, Abinader said that initiatives can be applied now in administrative way and were developed by Carolina Mejia, Eduardo Sanz Lovatón, Sigmund Freund, Marielle Garrigo, Joaquín candle, Luis Rafael Pellerano, Pedro Guilamo and José David Figueroa.

Bills were disaggregated to managers and members of the National Council of private enterprise (Conep), National Association of hotels and restaurants (Asonahores), the Association of industrialists, Herrera, the American Chamber of Commerce, the camera u000aBritish Commerce, among others.

Mejia promised to act with the discipline of a businessman, applying the principles of effectiveness and efficiency: "The effective for solution of the problems affecting the productive actors;" "and efficiency, do so with the minimum of required resources".
