Mella added he hoped that his colleagues don't take evil that complaint, because it is simply saying that it must proceed to disarm to hundreds of individuals who should not get their hands a gun, by the violence of the behavior exhibited, sometimes mistreating their wives or killing them, and determining when, where, why and how much does it cost to acquire the licence for the carrying of a pistol.
