Ministry of education to continue inspections of the school breakfast suppliers

Viewed 26 times.The Directorate of welfare student (DGBE) of the Ministry of education (MINERD), reported that you perform 450 analysis to dairy and bakery products, take samples at random in 104 bakeries 6 plants and processing of milk and nectar, stake of the program of school food (PAE), in order to continue to improve the quality of food included in the menu.
Of these studies, 250 shall be made in the period January-June, which is the remaining space of the present school year 2011-2012, and 200 in the first quarter of the next school year 2012-2013.
In a report released today by the Ministry of education, the Agency notes that this process will lead to some 300 inspections in bakeries and 35 to the processing of dairy products.
Will also included two inspections every bakery in the remainder of teaching and monthly two dairy plants, which shall begin from the Tuesday, January 10, u000adate that restarts the teaching in all public schools in the country.

These inspections, detailed, are intended to monitor the conditions of storage and reception of the products to verify that they are consistent with the rules to ensure the safety of the food.
