Minority parties call on the JCE allows them to have a delegate in upcoming elections

According to the norms of the JCE, when a party is allied to another delegate corresponds to the party that represents the Alliance, so in most cases thin on polling stations correspond to the major parties.
In this regard, emerging or minority parties ranging allied with other parties which have a greater chance of winning, demand of the JCE enabling them to have a delegate, but it penetrates to the College after the voting process completed.

That position was raised by these organizations in a public hearing headed by the plenary of the JCE, to know the position of those organizations on various resolutions and regulations that have been developed by the Agency and made known to the general public.
The House was headed by its President Roberto Rosario, who at the end of the activity gave a term until next Wednesday to political parties to submit their positions and proposals in writing to the PVE.
