In one of the plots, dismantled in Barcelona (North-East), the citizens of the EU were paid up to 6,000 euros (about 8,000 dollars) for the link, sources said yesterday police.
Thirty-two people - eight Spanish, a Dutchman and other citizens of countries outside the EU ("outside") - have been arrested in the operation, which is still open, so it is not ruled out further arrests.
To celebrate the links, which are already canceling, Community citizens was paid between 3,000 and 6,000 euros.
The detainees included citizens of Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, Morocco and Dominican Republic, among others.
