New Drugs Control Chief for Puerto Plata

The National Drugs Control (DNCD), last week appointed a new boss for the area.

Lieutenant Colonel (PN), Juan Pascual Dechamps replaces Major (PN), José D 'Oleo Herrera.

D 'Oleo Herrera, who was chief of the DNCD in Puerto Plata for just two months has been sent to serve the city of Santiago, as Chief Operating Officer for the Northern Narcotics Division.
