New trial will be pilot and his father

Statement that download the pilot Affe Gutierrez Gil and Rafael Gutiérrez Heredia condemnation of 30 and 10 years in prison, respectively, by the death of a young man near Hipódromo V Centenario, Santo Domingo Este, was repealed by the second Chamber of the Supreme Court's previous judges.

The sentence was handed down by judges Edgar Hernández Mejía and Víctor José Castellanos, who were confirmed by the National Council of the judiciary, as well as Hugo Alvarez Valencia, who was out for over 75 years limits to be able to shape the highest court of the country.
