NJC elected Milton Ray Guevara in the constitutional

The National Judiciary Council (NJC) chose last night to Milton Ray Guevara President of the Constitutional Tribunal (TC), after exhausting a session that lasted for more than five hours.

Dr. Cesar Pina Toribio, who served as spokesman, reported that they were selected as members Victor Gomez Berges Jurists; Leyda Margarita pineapple, first Deputy of the Chairman; Idelfonso Kings and Jottin Cury David, for a period of six years.

He explained that the NJC also chose for this Court to Hermogenes Acosta, Ana Isabel Bonilla, Wilson Gomez Ramirez and Katia Miguelina Jimenez, for a period of nine years.

Pointed out that the jurists Milton Ray Guevara, Víctor Joaquín Castellanos; Lino Vásquez Samuel, second alternate for the President, Justo Pedro Castellanos and Rafael Díaz Filpo, were chosen for a period of 12 years.
