Noriega is treated by pattern of hypertension

The former Panamanian general Manuel Antonio Norway, imprisoned in Panama since last December, was yesterday transferred to a hospital in the capital to present a picture of "hypertension with the possibility of a stroke".
The former Chair Noriega extradited last December 11 from France, was detained at the penitentiary El Renacer, where meets penalties are added more than 60 years in prison on charges of homicide, violation of human rights and environmental damage.
