Obama launches new measures

Former Presidents George w. Bush and Bill Clinton participated via satellite. Obama promised U.S. support to help six million people in countries severely affected by the virus to have access to drugs by the end of 2013, increasing the original purpose of 4 million people.
President announced also plans to increase spending in treatment of HIV in United States for $ 50 million.
