Ordered extradition of the accused "Toño firewood"

Judges Hugo Alvarez Valencia, who presides over the Court, Victor Jose Castellanos and Edgar Hernandez, declared has place extradition to United States, with regard to what is established in the Act of indictment registered on June 16, 2010 in the Court of the United States District, Puerto Rico district.

The judgement was read in the absence of Toño wood, who is detained in the Pavilion of extraditables Najayo, San Cristobal province prison. The law establishes that the presence of the claimed in extradition is not necessary.
The request for the extradition of "Toño firewood" served a year in that Court since the start the first hearing on November 23 last year. The case was postponed on ten occasions.
