PDVSA will pay US$ 255 MM

A. (PDVSA) reported that only paid to the American Exxon Mobil US$ 255 million in two months in compensation for the nationalization of their assets.
PDVSA said in a statement that the US $907 million to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC, acronym in English) determined that the State oil company should pay the Exxon Mobil, are deducted $652 million for obligations outstanding loans and sums frozen as part of the dispute.
The company pointed out that the amount to offset it will deducted $191 million to the American firm "due to PDVSA for the cancellation is made of the outstanding bonds for loans for the financing of the Cerro Negro project"; US$ 300 million that Exxon Mobil "requested freeze on accounts of PDVSA in New York during legal action", and $160 million of "restructuring the ICC tribunal accredits PDVSA".
