Pitcher Oviedo arrested and released, must be filed today with Attorney

The pitcher in major league baseball Juan Carlos Oviedo must be at 9 a.m. today in the face of the National District Prosecutor's Office, where will be questioned in relation to a charge of forgery of documents.

Oviedo was conducted before the public prosecutor's Office, said Baez Aybar, who added that in the hands of that instance was the right to remain in prison or freeing Oviedo.

He recalled that the November of the Marlins was quoted to the Consulate of United States as part of the investigation for using a false under the name identity of Leo Núñez.
