PLD sweep back to power

The latest bulletin from the JCE just before six this morning gives the PLD a landslide victory with 29 seats in the Senate.

A similar story is repeated in town halls, the Dominican Liberation Party won 88 municipalities, the Dominican Revolutionary Party won 60, the PRSC 4, the PPC  and UDC had one each.

Preliminary data issued by the Central Electoral Board (JCE) in its sixth bulletin of the night gives the results:
Azua, PLD with 9.376 votes, 58.32%
In Bahoruco PLD and allies got 4.300 votes, 52.64%
the National District, PLd 31.232 votes, for 51.93%,
In Duarte province, PLD 22.697 votes, for 51.69%,
In El Seibo, the PLD had 5.927 votes, for 56.60%,
Elas Pia PLD won 3,880 votes, against 2.313 of the PRD.
In Dajabn the PRD is ahead 5.259 to 5.714 votes.
Espaillat province PLD had a count of 18.816 votes, against 14.651 of the PRD,
In Hato Mayor, the PLD has 7.815 with 6.220 votes to the PRD.
Hermanas Mirabal province, PLD vote against the PRD 8.185 to 7.110 votes.
In La Romana, the PLD 6.507, PRD 2.652 votes, the PRSC 4.186 votes.
La Altagracia, the PRSC 9.965 votes, the PRD 8.681, PLD and 4.366.
In La Vega, PLD has 15.626  with 12.910 votes to the PRD.
In Mara Trinidad Snchez PLD wins with 10.317 9.237 votes.
Monsignor Nouel 8.350 to 5.314 votes for the PLD against the PRD.
Monte Cristi PLD 7.242 against 6.602 votes of the PRD.
Monte Plata PLD 5.756 against 4.572 the PRD.
In Pedernales wins PRD 1.102 1.179 LDP votes.
Peravia PLD 7.948 votes to 7.510 PRD votes
Puerto Plata the PLD was 10.474 and 9632 votes for the PRD.
In Samana, PLD 5.128 against 3.591
In  San Cristobal PLD 19.414 with 15.141 PRD votes.
In San Jos de Ocoa the PRD took 1.882 with 1.753 votes for the PLD although there is not yet confirmation of this result
San Juan de la Maguana the PLD has 12.224 against 8.334 votes to the PRD.
In San Pedro de Macoris PLD 10.239 votes, against 8.167 of the PRD.
In Ramrez Snchez, the PLD won 9.558  against 7.634 votes for the PRD.
Santiago PLD won 35.934 votes and the PRD 54.121
Santiago Rodrguez, PLD 4.281 and PRD 3.810.
Santo Domingo, the PLD 44.450 against the PRD with 35.074 votes.
Valverde, Mao, the PLD 11.421, PRD 11.136
