PN capture alleged murderer was fugitive from 2010

The police reported the capture of a landowner who was fugitive from justice for more than two years for the death shot of a day labourer, fact occurred in a street of the city of Santiago Rodríguez.

Is the landowner Sabino de Jesus Valerio Lima (Chamo), charged with finalizing of a shot that went back to the labourer Dionisio Gomez Carrasco, of 48 years, in an incident staged on 26 July 2010 at the second street, sector La Sabana.

The police said that De Jesus Valerius was arrested mid-morning yesterday, Saturday, while he was hiding in a farm of his property, in such jurisdiction, by a patrol consisting of members of the Department of criminal investigations and of the police remand.

Information, offered by the Office of public relations of the body of the order, precise the arrest of the landowner was made on the basis of the order number 612-00039-2010, issued by the u000alicensed Oneida Lucia Pérez, acting judge of instruction of the Judicial District of Santiago Rodríguez.

The accused was imprisoned in the prison remand of the barracks local of the national police, for his subsequent surrender to justice, for the purpose of which is imposed the measure of coercion.
