PN passes two men kidnapped and killed young in Higüey

Two alleged criminals were arrested on charges of having kidnapped and murdered in Higuey, La Altagracia, the young Louis Emil Garcia, whose body transferred him in the trunk of a taxi to San Pedro de Macorís to release it in a ditch next to the bridge Mauricio Baez.

The complaint on the disappearance of the victim was u000apresented by his brother Armando José García, who claimed that his relative came out of the residence where he lived, located in Bavaro, Higuey, to sell a motorcycle, but he did not return.
